About the Founder

Dan and Emmitt Smith

Dan Waterman is the Founder and Chief Design Supervisor.  With a combination of skills that balance science and business operations, his experience lends to an ever-refining process of the DWE services and products.  Known throughout the real estate industry as a pioneer in virtual REO real estate training and membership development Mr. Waterman brought his knowledge to DWE to expand their services to entrepreneurs and mid-sized businesses alike.

When Mr. Waterman isn’t working on his clients’ websites, blogs, and social media you can find him climbing mountains around the world, most likely with his best buddy, Rocky – a high energy Boxer (the canine type).  He also has a love for triathlon, back-country snow sports, and classical music.  Dan also enjoys dating his wife Alesha who works at an international non-profit helping adults around the world to read and write.
